you PERSONAL USE of your digital copy, which means you cannot in any way use the art to gain a profit.2. Personal use encompasses, but is not limited to: The posting of art in character galleries, cropping for icons and/or graphics. Please discuss with me personally if you wish to use your art for other PERSONAL uses that do not fall under these categories.3. Each commission sale post is subject to have individual stipulations for purchasing. Please read & follow them as these rules may not encompass certain types of commissions wholly.4. Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted. All changes and/or full/partial refunds must be made during the conception of the image.5. I will show sketch and line art stage for every commission. I may however choose to show you WIPs regardless based on my own uncertainty with posing/references, unless it's specifically requested that I do not.6. Failure on my part to deliver a product within a suitable amount of time as agreed on by myself & the purchaser will result in a full refund. (6+ Months)7. Commercial usage is NOT available for purchase at this time.
8. I reserve the right to use my artwork for advertisement and print sales.9. Payment is made via Paypal invoice & expected within 48 hours of an accepted commission. Failure to pay during the allotted time will result in commission slot cancellation.10. Please be clear if you would like a time limit for your commission delivery. I do not allow due dates earlier than 2 weeks, and I will specify in my openings if the commission(s) will take longer than normal, so please keep this in mind.11.
